Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. If you, the buyer, are unhappy with the product for any reason, you can return the items for a full refund of the purchase price. Returned items must be unworn (free of stains or wear) with all product tags attached.
To obtain a refund, please contact us to get a return label. Be sure to remove the old shipping label and put the new label on the outside of the box. Return is FREE for US customers only. International customers will have to pay for your return shipping. For more information, please contact our customer service.
After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 3-5 business days to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it can take up to one billing cycle for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
Please note that once an item is shipped, it cannot be recalled. Therefore, all shipped items must be returned in order to obtain a refund. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item(s) in case of any refund requests – even if the recipient refuses delivery.
